At least, that's what I did when I experienced it like that. Sometimes the first sentence and paragraph that tells about my confusion, I still use it in the writing made.
Departing from writing your sense of confusion, it will eventually bring your fingers to keep writing, so that you can pour all the ideas into a complete and quality writing.
